    Disappointed with myself today, didn't finish the run. Stupid cough, stupid rain that caused the cough. Aye, but least I'm re-running on Thursday morning. Friday's coming and well, we really have to win this. We really have to and I know we CAN do it. This is the time to prove that we are no lousy players and are no princesses on court. We go on court, fight and we win. Have faith in ourselves alright? We know we trained hard for this. Oh yes, most importantly, TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY! Water intake, carbo and sleep sleep rest rest alright!
